Tuscany wedding films: quick answers
What does a Tuscany wedding videographer cost?
Our wedding films start from €4,500, and travel and accommodation are included for weddings anywhere in Italy, so a Tuscany wedding carries no travel fee. The final price depends on the package, the date and the venue, and a welcome dinner or farewell brunch can be added as a separate day.
Which Tuscany venues do we know?
We have filmed at Villa Grabau near Lucca and Castello di Montalto near Siena. Venues couples often shortlist with us include Villa La Foce in the Val d'Orcia, Castello di Casole and Villa Cetinale near Siena, Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in Montalcino and Villa Gamberaia above Florence. Our guide to the top Tuscany wedding venues compares them, and if your venue is not on the list, send us its name with your date.
When is the best time to get married in Tuscany?
From mid-April to the end of October: warm days, long evenings and the countryside at its best. July and August are the hottest months, with inland temperatures in the 30s °C at midday, so a later ceremony helps. In June the sun sets around 9pm, so a ceremony between 4:30pm and 6pm keeps it out of the hardest light and leaves the golden hour for portraits. September is a favourite for the light and the harvest colours. More on light, airports and logistics is in our Tuscany wedding guide.
How do we work on the day?
We film in a documentary way: we follow the day as it happens and step in only for a few portraits. Anton and Sabina film every wedding together with two cameras and no outside crew, so one of us can be with each of you while you get ready, and the ceremony is covered from two angles. Drone shots are included where the venue and local rules allow it. We take up to 30 weddings a season and edit every film ourselves.

It depends on the area. Pisa is closest for Lucca and the coast, about 30 minutes to Lucca; Florence for Chianti and the Florence hills; for southern Tuscany many guests fly into Florence or Rome and drive.
Yes. You need a nulla osta from your embassy or consulate, translated documents, two witnesses and an interpreter if you don't speak Italian. Many couples marry legally at home and hold a symbolic ceremony in Tuscany.
Mainly light and layout. Tuscany's light is more directional and changes with the terrain, and venues sit further apart, so we plan travel and timing more deliberately.
Yes. Send us the whole schedule; a separate day such as a welcome dinner is €1,500 for up to three hours.
Yes, drone footage is included wherever the venue and local regulations allow it.
We film in any weather. We adapt on the spot, using covered areas and creative framing, so the day is still captured naturally.
